Sacramento International Airport’s Central Terminal B is set to boast four food and beverage concessionaires when it opens in late 2011 – SSP America, Host International, Famiglia-DeBartolo LLC and Taste Inc...

The decision to appoint them is expected to be rubber stamped by the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors on October 5 and will lead to F&B outlets such as Jack’s Urban Eats, Dos Coyotes, Esquire Grill, Famous Famiglia Italian and Vino Volo opening in the new terminal.

“The panel’s recommendation offers a diverse portfolio of restaurants that represent the local food trends and are focused on quality, local products,” says G Hardy Acree, Sacramento County Airport System’s director of airports.

“The restaurant mix should offer passengers a sense of place reflective of Sacramento’s role as the Gateway to Northern California while enhancing the overall travel experience.”
