Amy Malick is the Chicago Department of Aviation's new deputy commissioner of sustainability.

Malick previously served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability USA, the nation's only association of City and County governments that is devoted to advancing sustainability within local government operations and the community at large.

The Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) is responsible for operating the city's O'Hare and Midway airports.

It claims that Malick's "commitment to advancing environmental protection and groundbreaking work with major institutions will be an asset to the CDA's industry-leading sustainability initiatives."
