Changi opens luxury fashion boutiques

Singapore Changi has added to its luxury brand offering with the opening of new Longchamp and Dunhill fashion boutiques in Terminal 1.

Singapore Changi has added to its luxury brand offering with the opening of new Longchamp and Dunhill fashion boutiques in Terminal 1.

The new additions are operated by LS travel retail and follow its successful opening of fashion stores at Changi’s ‘The Fashion Gallery’ and Sydney International Airport’s ‘Podium’ last year.

Philippe Fontalba, luxury, fashion and accessories director for LS travel retail ASPAC, says: “We have opened two first of its kind mono-brand luxury boutiques, Longchamp, and Dunhill, with the latest selection of men and women’s collections to suit the sophisticated traveller at Changi Airport.

“We are committed to further consolidating our success in luxury fashion in the region and, combined with Aelia’s world-class specialist retail expertise, we are determined in establishing insights, creating innovation and delivering exceptional results for the travellers, brand partners and landlords.”

Longchamp’s senior area manager for Asia Pacific Mollie, Jean De Dieu, enthuses: “We have been working with Aelia/LS travel retail for many years in Europe and we have a wonderful partnership with them.

“We are genuinely excited about our new store in Terminal 1 following the strong working relationship we had when we worked on Longchamp in The Fashion Gallery (TFG) in Terminal 2 at Changi Airport.”
