Birmingham Airport to unveil Olympic rings

Birmingham Airport will be joined by Olympian, Edwin Moses, and current Paralympian, Lee Pearson, next Monday (April 23) at an event to unveil the Olympic Rings on the Airport’s new Air Traffic Control Tower.

Birmingham Airport will be joined by Olympian, Edwin Moses, and current Paralympian, Lee Pearson, next Monday (April 23) at an event to unveil the Olympic Rings on the Airport’s new Air Traffic Control Tower.

Branding will also be unveiled near the taxiway and on the airport’s main office building.

The celebration will include a firework and light display on the ATC tower, performances by The CBSO and local Punjabi folk arts group, Dance Sansaar. There will also be participation from local school children.
