It follows the redevelopment of the esplanade and renovation of the international concourse in the South Terminal
Located in the eastern part of the South Terminal, the new lounge serves five boarding gates for passengers heading to international destinations and French overseas territories.
According to ADP, passengers will find a well-lit lounge thanks to the five-metre-high ceiling and the natural light that enters through large windows and the skylights.
It also boasts nearly 500 leather seats and its very own Music Lounge, created in partnership with Universal Music.
ADP states that the new innovation will provide a place for passengers to relax, and listen to a selection of new titles freely accessible from a Universal Music catalogue as well as a selection of six web radios.
Universal Music video clips will also be played on a TV screen.
The Carrara marble flooring and the warm colours in the waiting areas are designed to be welcoming, claims ADP, which has also introduced large, easy-to-read-signage.
Over 11 million of the 27.2 million passengers handled at Paris–Orly in 2012 were handled in the South Terminal.
