The transaction includes the purchase of 100% of the shares in Belfast International Airport, a 90.1% stake in Stockholm Skavsta Airport and 100% of the shares in the concession, which operates at Florida’s Orlando Sanford International Airport.
Also included in the deal are 100% of the shares of TBI Airport Management, which has operations contracts at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport's Concourse E; Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California; the Middle Georgia and Macon Downtown airports in Georgia; and Raleigh Durham International Airport’s Terminal 2 in North Carolina.

It currently owns 48.75% of the shares in the Juan Santamaria International Airport in Costa Rica’s capital city of San José, and 45.0% of the shares in the concession to develop and operate the Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport serving Costa Rica’s growing Guanacaste tourist region.
