Arup selected to develop Warsaw Chopin Airport city

Arup has been appointed to develop the 13.27ha office and retail development next to Warsaw Chopin Airport in Poland.

The project involves the construction of 17 A-class office buildings, including conference halls, offices and service complex comprising four connected buildings.

The design also includes car parks, food courts and green areas with car and pedestrian access.

Elzbieta Cichonska, project director at Arup, commented: “This project is an example of our successful relationship with the client, Polish Airports.

“We aim to design a city that will become a model for other similar investment projects in the future.”
