They will be opened in the Domestic Pier, which will become home to Virgin Australia’s domestic services towards the end of 2014.
The retail and dining area will be centrally located in the pier offering passengers expansive views of the airfield across to Perth’s central business district.
Dining brands will include Hungry Jack’s, Noodles, Long Neck, Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill, and Hudsons Coffee.
Opposite them will be five stores, including Rip Curl, Sunglass Hut, Amcal Pharmacy, WHSmith and the Gadgetshop.
Brad Geatches, CEO at Perth Airport, says: “Perth Airport’s new retail offer in the Domestic Pier will feature great service, improved choice and value for money.
“Having the right mix of retail and dining outlets was critical, given that the passengers in the new pier will range from fly-in fly-out workers to business and holiday travellers of all ages.”
Perth Airport is the fastest growing city airport in Australia and grew 9.1% last year on the year before.
The new Domestic Pier will offer passengers travelling within Australia a state-of-the-art terminal facility.
