SSP will operate the different outlets across Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at the United Arab Emirates located airport.
Brands will include the Montreux Jazz Café, American sports bar O’Learys, Burger King, the Camden food co, Caffè Ritazza and Arabic restaurant Alsafi, and others inspired by local cuisine.
SSP has operated at Abu Dhabi International Airport since 2009 and has a team of over 200 employees.
Passenger numbers are expected to grow by more than 10% per annum and exceed 20mmpa by 2017 at Abu Dhabi.
Mohammed Al Bulooki, chief commercial officer at Abu Dhabi Airports, says: “Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) is continuously evolving and developing its facilities and infrastructure in line with the recorded and anticipated growth in traffic.

All of the new locations are located airside, with the exception of one in Terminal 3, which will be landside.
