Aviator’s Club is open in the mezzanine level, offering high-quality barbecue for passengers catching flights.
The full service bar and restaurant offers a variety of grilled and smoked meats, such as chicken, chicken wings, brisket, pork, ribs and beef accompanied by an assortment of sides, including salads, potato salad, beans and beverages.
Kim Day, Denver International’s manager of aviation, says: “We have been working hard to offer a variety in dining for our passengers to enjoy, and now that mix includes high-end barbeque at the new Aviator’s Club.”
Denver International’s concession programme consists of more 170,000 sqft of retail space inside the airport and includes more than 140 locations.
In 2013, the programme generated about $295 million in annual gross sales at the fifth busiest airport in the US, which welcomed more than 50 million passengers last year.
