The 1,390 sqft restaurant is licensed by Ballas and operated by LS travel retail North America and offers a menu featuring gourmet hot dogs delivered directly from New Jersey.
Passengers can choose from a menu including burgers, and sides such as skin-on French fries, onion rings, sweet potato tots and Steve’s famous deep-fried green beans.
Kim Day, Denver’s manager of aviation, says: “Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs is a well-known Denver brand that will offer an authentic taste of the city to over 50 million passengers each year who travel through Denver International Airport.
“This is just one more component of the vibrant mix of local flavours and national brands we are bringing to the airport for our passengers to enjoy.”
The restaurant is expected to generate more than $2.4 million in sales in its first year and will create about 20 new jobs.
