The fall job fair will include a wide variety of positions, from cashiers and cooks to administrators and accountants.
Those interested in project manager and engineering jobs will also find a number of options, particularly as ATLNext, the Airport’s multi-billion dollar capital improvement programme, moves forward.
ATL is the world's busiest airport handling over 100 milion passengers annually and the largest employer in the state of Georgia, with 63,000 airport staff.
The gateway boasts a direct economic impact of $34.8 billion in metro Atlanta and a total direct economic impact of $70.9 billion in Georgia.
The fair will feature a career coach to assist with online applications, resume critiques and WorkSource training registration. Hartsfield-Jackson conducts two job fairs each year.
It will take place between 10am and 4pm at the Georgia International Convention Center and feature more than 60 employers from throughout the airport community.
The GICC offers limited parking available for $5, so attendees are advised to ride MARTA to the Airport station, connect with ATL’s free SkyTrain and then exit at the Gateway/GICC station.
Attendees are urged to dress in business attire and bring at least 10 clean resumes.
