Introduced to the airport by Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR), the pop-up dining experience will remain in Changi's Terminal 3 until April 8.
According to ELR, Hudsons Coffee is "widely considered as Australia’s favourite coffee brand", while The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck is a premium casual-dining eatery by the acclaimed celebrity chef.
The outlets promise to bring "exclusive offers and activations to the airport’s international passengers".
Passengers visiting the Hudson Coffee pop-up will be able to see their own selfies or images on their drinks, via its exclusive Ripple Machine.
In addition to special offers, travel enthusiasts will get the chance to win an all-expenses-paid return trip to Melbourne, the home of Hudsons Coffee, by guessing the number of coffee beans in the giant coffee mug located at the kiosk.
As well as its food offerings, The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck outlet has a giant wheel that customers can spin to win instant prizes, including free pizzas, complimentary wine and other goodies such as Wolfgang Puck cook books.
Kevin Zajax, COO of ELR, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing the first ever interactive F&B pop-up to Changi Airport, in partnership with Changi Airport Group.
"By continuing to surprise and excite, our goal is that passengers truly look forward to airport dining.”
Teo Chew Hoon, Changi Airport Group's senior vice president of airside concessions, says: “Besides catering to the tastes of 62 million international passengers annually, Changi Airport constantly finds ways to offer passengers a different dining experience every time they fly through the airport.
"We are pleased to launch this exclusive F&B outpost in partnership with Emirates Leisure Retail, and bring together coffee connoisseurs and gourmands in an exciting pop-up café.”
