The Paradies Shops has opened a Blue Ridge Trading and Tavern outlet at North Carolina's Asheville Regional Airport.

The restaurant represents Paradies’ first food and beverage location.

Working closely with Asheville’s own chef, Anthony Cerrato, The Paradies Shops has sourced local vendors to provide fare for the regionally-inspired menu, including farm-to-table specialties, craft beers from local breweries, and delectable wines from some of North Carolina’s most popular wineries and vineyards.

Blue Ridge Trading and Tavern is strategically located in the newly redesigned concession area, offering patrons a chance to take in a one-of-a-kind panoramic view of the runway and the majestic Blue Ridge Mountains.

Gregg Paradies, president and CEO of The Paradies Shops, says: “We feel the menu created by chef Anthony speaks to the beauty and soul of the Blue Ridge Mountains, and are proud to showcase the many special, locally-produced foods and spirits of Western North Carolina.”
