Passenger Traffic and aircraft movements at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) reached new monthly records in August, up 6.5% and 6.7% respectively.  

Copenhagen Airport had its busiest August ever this year as passenger numbers increased 0.7% compared with the same time last year.

Germany’s major airports reported mixed traffic results last month, with Frankfurt Airport recording its busiest August ever while Schönefeld in Berlin saw numbers decline.

Passenger numbers at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport have increased for the fourth month in a row, with nearly 1.2 million passengers passing through the gateway in July.

Stockholm Arlanda saw passenger numbers jump 17% over the first half of the year, witnessing a bigger increase in traffic than any of the other major Nordic airports including Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.

In another record month, passenger numbers at Hong Kong International Airport increased by 5.7% to 5 million in July with the number of aircraft movements at the gateway jumping to 28,880.
